The Lord's Day in Wales

Church weekly newsletter
Sunday here is much like in America, a few technical things were different. As I'm sure you would find in many churches within our own state. There was a 11:00AM service, as well as a 6:00PM service. This week, both were led by special guest speaker John Wooley from Cardiff.

I was honored to be a part of the prayer time before service with the pastors (Andy and John) and worship leaders (Udo and Kevin). Per usual for a baptist church, the front two rows were practically vacant and clapping and movement during worship was allowed but kept to a minimum. haha. Remember, I'm a Baptist, so just joking... no offense intended! :)
After morning service, a very good meal of baked chicken followed. Then we enjoyed a time of rest (& study for me) before the evening service. I was familiar with most of the songs, there were only a few I had to employ the use of "watermelon" to the tune of "twinkle, twinkle little star". Again, joking!
Overall, today was an amazing day of joining fellow believers in worshipping the one true God, and joining in fellowship with one another.
